#Mood

In life, we go through various stages and experience a wide range of emotions. Some days, we are happy and like the people around us while on other days, the same people and the same interactions feel like mere obligations. Weird, right? Lately, I've been going through some stuff that I'm not really able to fülly comprehend. On the one hand, I'm genuinely happy with where i am in my life and I'm enjoying the things that I'm doing. But on the other hand, there's this constant unease and emotional buildup about God knows what. I mean, I can go from cracking a joke to going all dark and mean within seconds, and at times, I don't even know why. There are moments where I am with the people I love dearly and yet I feel it as an obligation to maintain the conversation. I feel so lost that I can't find my own self. Creative Well Being

When I say the words 'Creativity', 'Innovation' and 'Well Being', what is the first thing that comes to your mind? If you are anything like me, your first thought would be "How can these three be related?" And that's the exact thought I had in my mind when I went to attend a workshop on the same subject. And boy did I learn. So this wasn't your run-of-the-mill session where the speaker comes, speaks for an hour or 2, takes a break, then speaks some more and goes home. Nope! This was a full-fledged interaction where the biggest lessons of life were taught by the blowing and bursting of balloons.  Our speaker Dr. Sandeep Kumar, a well known psychologist, asked us to blow up some balloons and after that he declared that whoever is left with the most number of balloons would win the game.
